AI Day Architect ("we", "our", or "us") helps you plan your day and sync schedules to Google Calendar. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Google account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
  • Profile and preferences: Information you provide during onboarding and in your profile, such as wake/sleep times, work or study schedule, goals, and habits.
  • Tasks and plans: Daily tasks you add and generated day plans, including calendar event details created through the app.
  • Google Calendar access: With your permission, we access your Google Calendar to create events for your generated day plan. We do not read or modify unrelated calendar data beyond what is needed to provide this feature.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate you and maintain your account session
  • Store your preferences and daily tasks
  • Generate personalized day schedules based on your profile
  • Create calendar events in your Google Calendar when you request it
  • Improve and operate the service

4. Data Storage

Your account data, profile, tasks, and generated plans are stored in our secure database. Google OAuth tokens are used to authenticate your session and interact with Google Calendar on your behalf.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Sign-In and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can update preferences in the app profile settings or revoke Google Calendar access through your Google account settings.
