By accessing or using AI Day Architect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AI Day Architect is a daily planning application that helps you organize tasks, set personal preferences, generate structured day schedules, and optionally sync those schedules to Google Calendar.

3. Account and Authentication

You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account while using our service.

4. Google Calendar Integration

When you choose to generate your day, the app may create events in your Google Calendar based on your profile, habits, and tasks. You authorize us to perform these actions on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account permissions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Misuse Google OAuth or Calendar APIs

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, goals, and preferences you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that information solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated schedules are suggestions based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes or calendar accuracy in all cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Day Architect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments or calendar conflicts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
